New electric tongue jack, trailer hitch, microwave, awning motor, and awning lights were replaced. The refrigerator and generator were just serviced.

Tires like new and recently replaced with top-of-line steel belts for added safety while towing.

It is 35' long with a dry weight of only 9,045 lbs, has an aluminum sidewall construction, and has a 10' garage. The outside has opposing slides, an outside shower, frameless windows, front jacks and rear jacks, 2 batteries, 50 amp service, rock guard, sewer line storage, sanitation flush, fuel pump (30 gal fuel tank), spare tire, double doors, front basement storage, 6-gallon gas/electric hot water tank, outside speakers, 20' awning, heavy-duty door/ramp, and a roof A/C. The living room area has 3 large windows in the slide, sofa sleeper, speakers, and ducted heat/air, the entertainment area is across from the living room slide and is slanted for great viewing. It will hold up to 50 TV and has a Jansen radio, DVD, and CD player as well. You can also access the generator start, awning, and light switches from this area. The kitchen has an u-shaped kitchen island with a farm sink, 3 large pot/pan drawers, and 2 lower cabinet doors (one for trash can, one for storage.) The kitchen also has an 8 cubic foot Dometic gas/electric refrigerator, a built-in stove with oven, and a lower pull-out drawer below it. The bathroom is in the center of the trailer right across from the entrance door and has a foot flush toilet, tub/shower combo, medicine cabinet, and exhaust fan. The master bedroom has a walk-around queen bed with storage, nightstands on either side with outlets by each one, 2 windows, tall ceilings, 2 deep closets, roof vents, and a sliding bedroom door. The garage is 10.5 ' with duck tail/tough mate flooring, tie downs, 3 large windows with pleated shades, auto lift set/sleep seats, own entrance, 2 cabinet doors, shelve storage, air in/out ports, bunk ladder, residential door that leads into the living area and also has ducted heat/air.

Kids are grown up so we don't get much use of it anymore. Building a Sprinter out for me and wife. The second owner purchased from an older couple in Arizona in 2019.
