Time to move on. Clean title. We are the 3rd owners. We bought it 8 years ago. This Rialta HD is in excellent mechanical condition. New tires, auxiliary batteries and recent tune up and A/C recharge. New hitch rack and weatherproof bag. Ive gotten up to 24 mpg. Interior upholstery is in excellent condition. No tears or stains. New skylight done last year and had roof sealed in the process. Stove and refrigerator work great. There is no microwave or TV, but they could easily be added (I have the tv but not the microwave). Ive modified the inbteriore for more food and kitchenware storage, Replaced the facet in the kitchenb for better access. Shower (inside and outside) work great as well as the toilet. Note: The generator has not been used in over 8 years and will need to be replaced or repaired. There was some minor water damage from previous owners. We havent had any leaks. Outside body shows some age, but is sound. A great vehicle. We drove is all over the western US and loved it.
