This Trailer has been towed LESS THAN 500 MILES since it was purchased new in CA, and has been owner stored under the 50 foot awning that is shown in the pictures, always in mild California weather. It has never been subject to Sun damage or winter weather and the exterior is in as new condition. There is no road rash on the front of the Trailer.
As you can see from the underside pictures, there is no road grime under the Trailer, and it is completely sealed and winterized ready. Total propane capacity is 14.2 gallons, and the twin batteries are 6 volt with no sulfation and in good condition for extra power. Includes a stabilizier hitch with load distributing bars and adjustable sway control, but this trailer tracks very well even on its' own. The power awning was used twice, and is in as new condition and the motor works flawlessly with LED strip lighting as well. Included outdoor propane BBQ was never used and in new condition. The interior TV can be used on the exterior of the Trailer as well as inside.
The Interior is in like new condition with tasteful paint and assorted gee gaws included throughout. The Murphy bed is easy to use, and stows away in seconds, leaving a GIANT floorplan without the need for hard to maintain pop outs! It will sleep 6 person in total, 2 in the bunk beds, 2 on the convertible dinette, and 2 on the queen bed. Original horrible mattress was replaced with memory foam and is a joy to sleep on. 3 Burner stove with oven was used maybe 6 times, and is in perfect condition. There are LOTS of 110V outlets and USB connectors throughout the Trailer. All lighting throughout is LED for power saving and is extra bright. The Bathroom is quite large and the combo shower/tub is GREAT for the kids or pets! This is an incredbile layout and very well thought out.
This trailer was basically used as a spare bedroom for visitors to our VERY small home, at most about 6 times a year since new.
We have sinced purchased a Motorhome and no longer need a Travel Trailer so if you are looking for an incredibly easy to tow and maintain smaller Trailer, this one shoud be at the top of your list to check out!
