Inside are all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable sleeping space. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, toilet, and sink, so you can stay clean and refreshed no matter where your travels take you.

Outside are two new 12-volt RV batteries and two propane tanks. Also included are a brake control and E2 Hitch with sway bars for stability and safety. The outside body is in good shape with some visible wear from the sun. All four wheels are original and have always been covered. The wheel bearings have all been recently repacked. All stabilizing jacks work well.

A big plus of this travel trailer is that you can unhitch and only use your tow vehicle when away from your campsite.

We are the original and only owners and have maintained our RV with all necessary repairs and maintenance services, including a recent water heater and A/C service, repacking of all seals and wheel bearings, a roof inspection, and a repair to the awning arm, done just last October 2024. We have all the original paperwork and manuals for all the equipment and most maintenance records. This RV is fully paid for and is registered in California until 08/13/25.
