I am the second owner (bought it April 22, 2022). It was delivered by the original owner to my covered building on the river in Maurepas as a camp and has never been used for travel, always sat under the cover. It has a king bed, full fold out bed, bunk beds, two full bath rooms, and two a/c units. I am asking $3000 under average retail. It will need new tires. Some of the fake leather seats are peeling.
