One owner, always garaged 2024 Mountain Aire 4551 (1.5 bath model) with 5,984 freeway miles, custom ordered and maintained by an extremely meticulous owner. This custom coach was ordered by my wife and I to exact specifications and we received it with a full week factory delivery and training at the Newmar facility. It has been maintained properly and professionally, and I have all service records with all services logged into the owners manual, including but not limited to starting the diesel generator for exercise purposes every 3 months. The coach is stored at my home in an enclosed fully conditioned coach garage and is in near mint condition. We have experienced an unexpected death in our family and are now selling due to that reason. The coach has been used 3 times two trips to Florida and one trip to the mid-west. Each time the coach is used it is completely hand washed by me personally, then wiped down using a professional detailing product. I am happy to receive any serious calls and complete a facetime walk around.
