Brand new - Never used

I have been on a waiting list for 9 months. 2 weeks ago I accepted a job offer to come out of retirement so RV travel is on hold.
We picked the RV up at Etna WY Airstream dealership yesterday and is in our shop now.
This trailer has never been used and has all blankets etc still in packages.
$198,000 is what I have in it between purchase price, sales tax etc.
