The 1016 pound OCCC on mine is higher than you see on other similar Navions and Views because mine is a 24T with rear wheel drive. 4000 watt generator, self-leveling Lippert jacks, Truma heater, propane cooktop plus induction cooktop, inverter, solar panels, powerful Mercedes twin turbo gets 18 to 20 mpg at 65 mph on interstate.  The only negative with buying mine is that I am not a dealer so I can’t offer financing and can’t accept a trade. Therefore I am pricing this way way less than book price. No dickering at all, this is firm, this is already a crazy low price.
