Description
This Camper is a wonderful addition to any family. I am the second owner and have cared for it for the past 5 years. I have been pulling the camper with a Ford F150 Sport edition. It has not had a problem or issue when pulling. It is in GOOD condition. I have reached an age and medical condition where it has become a task that requires younger minds and healthier bodies, unfortunately
Everything is in working order and has been maintained while I have owned it. This includes the heating and air conditioning, the stove, microwave, hot water tank and plumbing. Electrical is fully functional and all the lights work. Refrigerator works on electric or gas. The awning and slide out function perfectly since the day I got it. The camper has been kept at my home since I purchased it and has its own 30 amp dedicated circuit that is working at all times.
This Camper sleeps 6 people comfortably and one child. I customized what used to be ridiculously small couch in the main area into a dinette that will seat 4 comfortably. The area that was a slide around eating table has been converted to a sitting area for watching TV, a workstation, or a large bed. The TV has been updated and enlarged from what came with it. Under the seating there is abundant storage.
The rear bedroom has been modified to sleep two adults with ease. There is another one of those small childrens couches here that converts to a bed for the little one.
The main bedroom has two side closets, overhead storage and small TV.
The rear of the camper holds an outdoor kitchen area with a sink and small refrigerator. It has hot and cold running water to the sink. Just under this area is propane gas line that will connect to your gas cooker or other appliances that make camping fun.
Included are: Towing hitch with sway bars, Wireless rear tv monitor for your truck, 25 foot 30 amp electrical extension cord (in addition to the one attached to the camper), Comco Rhino Portable RV Tote (waste) tank, two propane tanks, Rear cage carrier to hook to rear of camper trailer hitch, water hose and all sewer hoses, RV tank (black/grey) rinsing system with gate valve, tire chocks, tire lifts, camper electric stabilization legs, small coffee pot and toaster oven. I also have 4 unused tires that will go also.
She has been very good to me and deserves a good home.
