Used trailer with one owner and clean title. No major issues. Roof, walls, water, electricity, etc are all rock solid. AC in living and bedroom to help with those Texas Summers. Lights and storage galore. I did take the dinette area out so I could have more room. It makes the entire space look much bigger and more open. Bluetooth speakers inside and outside for entertaining. Can be your primary residence or your personal get away vehicle whenever you need a vacation.
