Well cared for RV that still looks and smells like new. In addition to all of its standard equipment, about one year ago axle assemblies were upgraded that included new, larger diameter axles with new brakes, brake drums and suspension springs. New tires and a new battery were installed at this time. The theater seats and booth cushion covers were replaced, also about one year ago and still look new. Also, the queen mattress has been upgraded from the thin original. Other upgrades include kitchen and bathroom faucets, additional lighting above vanity in bathroom, tile backsplash in kitchen and bathroom, a warm water bidet, and a rear view camera with monitor for tow vehicle. When not in use the unit is stored under cover, protected from sun and rain. It is ready for use and includes a Blue Ox tow bar.
