This Grand Lodge is in Excellent Shape, Just as Good as New, Has hardly been used. Ungraded to Porcelain Toilet. No Problems, everything works! This is located in a gorgeous North Side Resort. You may take over the lot which is 562.00 28 day rental plus 150.00 deposit or just buy. Its a head turner walking in. Gorgeous interior. Has upstairs Double Lofts, one on each side of stairway. All areas have plug ins for phones, computers. Love the whirlpool Appliances, large Micro Wave, Large French Door Frig, large 3 Burner Stove with Large Oven. Has A Large Pantry with built-in shelves and room for brooms and mops. 4 seat dining room table. If you like windows, they are all around the inside with blinds. Very Open concept. Has high ceilings front half, has ceiling fans and lights and a sky light in kitchen area, The kitchen also has lights under cabinets so you can see at night. The bedroom and loft areas all are pre-wired for tvs. The main downstairs 2 steps down bedroom has built in closet and built in dresser. The closet has a rod for hanging clothes and 2 large drawers. The dresser is a whole wall long with 6 large drawers. Also has 2 doors above bed for storage. Has portable washer & dryer. Under Bed has storage too. This has a queen bed, but a king will fit. I took king out and put a better more comfortable bed in there. This has a large shower with seat and a shower head that you can grab and shower yourself. Built-In Cabinets for towels and paper, shampoo, etc,etc. The living room has 2 recliners and 2 sofas. Plenty of seating for friends or a large family. Plenty of floor room for kids to play, etc,etc. This Grand Lodge is just a Gorgeous lay-out. Gorgeous Interior, furniture, charcoal and silver. More of a Modern Look.
