After many memorable trips, it’s time to find a new owner for our beloved 2019 Coachmen Crossfit 22C. With only 53,000 miles on the reliable Ford Transit chassis, this Class B motorhome has been our home away from home. We’ve always appreciated how easy it is to drive, making cross-country trips a breeze. The spacious, inviting interior, which includes an automatic power sofa that folds into a queen-sized bed, a wet bath, and premium cabinetry, has made every journey feel like a luxury escape. Chassis: Ford Transit 350 HD with duel rear tires. XLT trim. 25-gal fuel tank. Full sized spare tire and wheel. Synch 3 with navigation. Dual heavy-duty batteries. Tow package.

Engine: Powerful 3.7L V6 Ti-VCT engine (275 hp).

Tires/Suspension: Sumo Springs suspension kit. One year old Michelin Agilis tires with only 10,000 miles.

Technology: The cab features a Ford Sync 3 infotainment system with navigation and a backup camera. The van has a multiplex Firefly system that controls lights, the generator, and air conditioning, and can be managed via a smartphone app.

Oil/filter change with full multi-point inspection (brakes, battery, lights/suspension/cooling system/hoses/drive shaft/trans/exhaust/ HVAC, etc.), all checked at 50,000 miles. All maintenance is done by a Ford Dealer. Full maintenance records included.

Interior: High-quality materials; premium all-wood dovetail cabinetry, heavy-duty cabinet hinges and latches, and durable, easy-to-clean flooring. Swivel passenger seat and a removable table. Bench seats fold down into a comfy bed. The Van has seat belts for 5 people.

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchenette with one burner induction top, Dometic sink and faucet, High Pointe 1.0 cf microwave, 6.0 cf Nova Kool 12v refrigerator with bottom freezer. Pentar water pump.

Power system: Electrical system: Standard electrical system includes a 2.8kW gas generator and a “Power Plus” package that includes 2 solar panels and a 200-watt Xantra inverter. AGM batteries have been upgraded to 2 Battleborn lithium battery systems. Shore power hook-up cord with surge protector provided.

Storage: 7 overhead cabinets with high-quality hinges. Additional vertical storage cabinet (with coat rack). Storage underneath floor (accessible from rear door) for fold-up camp chairs/table, tools, etc.

Technology: Never used, 22-inch LED flat-screen TV with all wiring and mounting bracket comes with van (not installed). Bluetooth connectivity for interior lighting. WiFIRanger roof-mounted wifi booster. Multiple USB charging ports and 110v outlets.

Windows: Side coach windows open. Blackout pull-down shades and bug screens on all coach windows, screen door for slider door, pull-down bug screen for rear doors. You can have both rear doors, all coach windows and the slider open with no bugs! The front windows have been tinted. Includes both heavy duty factory window covers plus weather tec window inserts for privacy.

Lighting: Dual light switch station. A multiplex system allows for control of lights via a smartphone. All lights are dimmable. Porch light, awning light and under-chassis ground light.

Bed: 22C (Rear Lounge/Sofa): This popular floor plan features a power rear sofa that converts into a Queen-size bed (68″ x 76″)

Bathroom: Enclosed 22” x 42” wet bath with shower, curtain, sink, mirror, soap dispenser and toilet.

Climate Control: Roof-mount 10,000 BTU 12v air conditioner. Dual propane/electric Truma Combi furnace/water heating system with multiple vent outlets. Water heater is tankless on demand hot water to kitchen faucet and shower. Fantastic 3-speed roof fan with rain sensor.
