This camper is a 2020 year model but it is basically "brand new". MSRP was $35K. Never used for camping or towed to a camp ground. Purchased to use as a guest house at my ranch since we have a small cabin but it has never been slept in or used. Everything is brand new as it was delivered from the factory. Inside stove, oven and microwave are all brand new. Has a lot of extras including two full propane tanks, outside kitchen with stove and mini-refrigerator, outside shower, upgraded wifi TV, Wifi Booster Antenna, AM/FM/DVD Media Center, Soundbar. Includes over $750 of accessories necessary to go camping. Since the tires were 5 years old, I went ahead and replaced all tires with a brand new set.
