As it would be, I was involved in the development and roll out of this product in 1986. With over 28 years in the RV industry with Fleetwood and Jayco this coach has be cared for by me with the coach mechanicals and electronics being fully functional. The oil change schedule was 5000 miles or 6 months. I only used MOBILE ONE OIL 5w30 and FORD OEM OIL FILTER. The Generator was on a 6 month maintenance program as well. Batteries have been maintained and checked for fluid every 6 months and only distilled water was used to refill. I recently detailed the paint (Orbital Buffer) with a Meguiar's Ultra Compound, Meguiar's Ultra polish and ceramic paint sealant applied, looks better than new! Of equal importance, this coach was only used for traveling trips on the East coast and gulf states and was never used as a resort vacation home. Why is that important? Having been in the industry I know that most systems other that the motorhome chassis are not designed for unlimited use. Therefore, the use of these systems have only been active for our time camping. I have to say the new 7.3 Liter V8 has been a big improvement from the V10 in our 2015 Bounder. I was skeptical but Ford proved me wrong, the extra torque provides more power and a quiter drive train. The 6 speed transmission is smooth and the new optional "Manual" shift mode allows the driver to control shifts points in the mountains and of rolling hills. Towing at a reasonable speed of 60-65 I have achieved 8 mpg however, if you're in a hurry 7-7.5 mpg is about it! This coach does have a 200 Watt Solar system so it is nice not having to plug is in when not in use. While we are discussing electronics the coach comes with 4 LED TV's, 2 in the main living area, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 outside. Main and outside Tv's have sound bars. Also, there is 1 roof mounted King Satellite Dish and 1 Dish Playmaker that can be placed on a tripoded so if the front of the coach is under the trees you can move the Playmaker to an opening to get a satellite signal. It also comes with 2 Dish Wally's that I use with a Dish Outdoors account. I will also include TPMS, Dash Cam, 2 Surge Protection Devices and other items necessary for camping.
