We are selling our 2025 Forest River Flagstaff 21 FBRS that we picked up in May 2025 and used it for a 5 week trip this summer. Total mileage on the existing tires is less than 5000 miles. It is very light weight with a GVWR of 5837 pounds and UVW of 4493 pounds. The exterior length is just under 23 feet and with the included Fastway Distribution hitch is very stable, even in high winds.

The trailer was serviced in October at Camping World for a few warranty items and winterized. We are currently awaiting a part for the greywater tank level indicator and that part should be installed at the dealer under warranty shortly.

I have a clear title in hand so no bank loan payoff will be required.

This trailer does currently include a Deluxe Extended 5-year warranty. This provides a warranty that extends to May 2031 for a total of 6 years from date of purchase and is transferable. The original one year manufacturers warranty is still valid until the end of May 2026 so any repairs until then would be 100% covered. There is a $100 deductible per repair for the additional 5-year policy. We can cancel this extended warranty at any time and receive a prorate refund. The extended warranty may be included in the sale but will depend on the final agreed upon purchase price and will be negotiated at time of sale.

There is also a Tire & Wheel protection plan for 5 years. This warranty may also be included in the sale but will depend on the final agreed upon purchase price and will be negotiated at time of sale.

The interior is very comfortable for two people and will accommodate one to two additional people as the couch in the single slide area converts into a lay flat bed.

This excellent, 23-foot overall trailer was purchased in May 2025 and used for a 4,500-mile trip during the summer of 2025. The lightweight design made it very towable with our particular SUV when equipped with Fastway distribution hitch that is included in the sale. For increased safety, there is a wireless tire pressure monitor, an Echo Mobile Brake Controller, and a rearview camera. The full view, rear mounted camera allows you to tow without additional side mirrors, makes reversing and parking much easier and adds additional peace of mind whilst on the road.

The open floor plan includes a single slide out with a jackknife couch that folds out into a bed for one to two people, full kitchen, 32-inch TV, RV queen size bed, full bathroom(shower, sink, medicine cabinet, linen closet and porcelain toilet) and plenty of storage inside and out. The attached diagram provides more details on the physical layout.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer (double hinged), stove, oven, microwave and plenty of storage. There is a removable table that attaches to the couch that works well for meals and may be stored behind the couch when not in use.

Outside, the Flagstaff Micro Lite 21FBRS offers power awning and outdoor speakers, perfect for relaxing in the shade or hosting a small gathering. It also includes a rear exterior shower with hose. Our trailer also comes with an exterior mounted gas grill and a griddle that connect directly to the two 30-gallon propane tanks mounted on the tongue. A rear mounted 350 pound max tongue weight hitch allows for an accessary rack (bike/ski) or increased outside storage.

We have replaced the original 100Ah standard battery with two Renogy 100Ah light weight (21 pounds each) lithium ion batteries. If you are not plugged into shore power the refrigerator/freezer will draw approximately 7amps/hour so it would not last more than about 10 hours on the original battery. There is also included an electrical shutoff switch under the electrical tongue jack.

The trailer includes a 54 gallon fresh water tank, 29 gallon gray water holding tank and 29 gallon black water holding tank and are all electronically heated.

When you are comparing other available trailers look closely at the options that are included with the sale. The additional options that are particularly important for convenience and worry-free towing are very expensive to add as shown on the list of options included on this nearly new model.
