1993 FORETRAVEL Gran Villa 40 Motor home. 99k Miles. Unibody construction. Awesome Detroit Diesel 6V92 TURBO, beautiful Hickory interior throughout! We are the 3rd owner and have owned it for 10 years kept in our barn/under cover since we bought it in 2015 and we bought it from a Sarasota man who also kept it in his barn and owned it for 15 years. We have done a lot of work to this coach since we purchased it: * New FLEX ARMOR Roof 2016 and at that time we replaced * both air horns * the spot light * vent cover * The Air conditioners were replaced in 2022 * Both windshields replaced with original FORETRAVEL glass * The Main canopy was replaced in 2018, and all of the awnings work great * Brand new set of Michelins 08/2024 now with only 600 miles on them * The engine has had the Engine Brake Manifold (Jake Brake) replaced as well as the engine water pump * Regular annual service for oil change, air filter and biannual for the antifreeze and transmission fluid also the rear end was recently serviced. Engine runs like a dream: Detroit Diesel 6V92 Turbo * All 8 airbags replaced in early 2024 * All shocks replace 2020 * All running lights/lenses replaced 2017. * All basement door hydraulics replace in 2016 * House batteries replaced in 2022 and engine batteries in 2023.
Interior: * All lighting replaced with LED throughout * All flooring PROFESSIONALLY replaced with LPVNO CARPET! * The couch AND both Flex Steel captains chairs as well as the dining room chairs have been recently Professionally reupholstered * All curtains and valences throughout replaced as well as the headboard upholstery * Faux fireplace/heater installed 2023; this serves as the console for a medium-large flat screen smart tv * Refrigerator was replace 2023 * Ice maker works great * stove and oven and microwave work * The generator bay was re-insulated 12/2023 and the mount slide out tray was sand blasted and powder coated and the 10KW generator had a major tune-up. Fresh water pump replaced 2022 BONUS: There is a manufacturer hidden safe we have the combination! Known defects Disclosed up front: Washer/Dryer combo has not worked since we purchased it. The inverter needs to be replaced. The dashboard cloth wrap is deteriorating. The front air tanks will eventually need to be replaced. The coach exterior looks good, but the paint doesnt really have much of a clearcoat shine and some of the decals have deteriorated a little bit.
