Excellent unit with no interior or exterior damage to any thing. Unusual as every single item in the unit works extremely well. Couches are like new as covered when using. Residential refrigerator, microwave, and gas range. Electric fireplace, Splendide Washer/Dryer works great. Turn key unit you could take south without touching. Wheels are packed. Three AC units on a unit this size means no issue cooling. Four season insulation. Purchased in 2022, and then had back surgery in January of 2024 and live in Florida. Have decided we are not going to use as it has been very limited. Here are other items.

Please call with any questions. Most the units we looked at used had a punch list of things to do. This one does not. It is still under warranty and I was told that can be transferred. It only went back on the 30 day check for a couple ten minute items like connect the fire extinguisher and put one screw on the door where it appeared it was left out when the washer/dryer was put in.

It is priced to sell and we could do a delivery after purchase to about anyplace. If interested we have a 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ Diesel that is loaded we are going to sell as soon as we sell the 5th Wheel. Great package deal.
