Super clean! Was used by a couple that lived in Canada and kept it here in Florida covered while they were not here. They lived in it for 6 months a couple of times and it sat covered with a window unit air conditioning running to keep it dry. My wife and I bought it with expectations of doing some traveling and we only used it a couple of times. It is mostly been sitting in storage. We keep damp rids inside of it and change them out regularly. I put new tires on it that are far past the rating that needs to be on them but I didn't want to take any chances. Everything works as it should including both air conditioners. We purchased this because how clean it was and we loved the windows in the main slide out. We also loved this unit because it is a wide body and when the slides are out you feel like you're actually in a condo. Is beautiful and we truly do love it but we just don't use it. We have all the accessories that you would need including an Anderson hitch. I did a lot of research on hitches and I truly do love this one. It also comes with all the hoses you would need everything ready to go.
