We've owned this 5th wheel for about 5 years and had a full inspection performed at the time of purchase. Since then the only issue we've had is to replace the battery just a few weeks ago. We've had it set up in Fredericksburg, TX for the last year and all systems work perfectly - water, AC, heat, televisions, refrigerator, etc. Zero issues with mechanical systems and 98% of the interior is excellent as well. The only interior issue is the recliner upholstery is delaminating. We've got covers on them and they are super comfy, but the original leatherette material is coming off. When not in use, it has always been kept in covered storage. The asking price does not include our personal items but It is currently stocked with everything you would need - dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, propane grill, hoses, etc. Let us know if you are interested in purchasing it as-is and we can negotiate.
