This particular model has two full bedrooms and each bedroom has a full bath. The master bathroom has a walkin shower and the extra bedroom has a tub/shower combo.

I lived in this RV for about 9 months. I upgraded the couch to a full size real leather electric reclining couch. I built in a table/desk area that has a large amount of storage and a real butcher block table top that matches the island bar that I put in as well. I also added matching cabinetry in both bathroom/bedroom areas. Due to these upgrades the RV interior has become a beautiful living space. It has 3 to 4 times more storage space than it originally built in it. It is extremely comfortable for living in or camping use.

The awning cloth is less than a year old. I have added and included the sunscreen that can zip on and off as needed. I have also included in the sale 4 additional leveling jacks for each corner of the RV in addition to the two stabilizers. Also included is the full septic connection system and the inline water hose. The roof was fully re-sealed less than a year ago so as to prevent any leaks.
