We used this RV mostly for tailgating during football season hence the low mileage. We did travel across the country to the Grand Canyon when the children were younger, but now they are grown and it is time to pass this RV on to the next family.

I have been told the roof needs a new coating and the motor for the step needs replacing. The price reflects the repairs that are needed.
