2004 CARRIAGE CARRIAGE (MODEL CW374) FIFTH-WHEEL

After spending the last 16+ years wintering in Florida, we have decided to sell our 2004 Carriage Carriage Fifth-Wheel. It has been parked in Winter Quarters Pasco RV Resort Park for the past 14 years. We purchased this gem, as the second owner, in December, 2011 from Lazy Days in Seffner, FL. There have been no children, no smokers and no pets.

This unit is 37 Long, 311 square feet, 4 slides, weighs approximately 15,000-16,000 lbs.

Over the years, we have made MANY updates and have replaced most of the infrastructure..Both AC/Heat Pump Units, Hot water heater, refrigerator (now a Hotpoint residential), new roof on main unit and resurfacing on 4 slides, new batteries, very recently replaced all four tires, combo microwave/convection oven, Splendid Combo washer/dryer, flooring, electric awning, 55 AMP converter, Electric cord 30, resealed all windows, batteries.

This unit also has large dual propane tanks, Winegard RV Antenna,
(3) Fantastic fans for exhaust & odor control, Standard 3-burner and propane stove
& oven, front under-cubby, rear cubby with 3 door access, underbed cubby, a
basement with 2-door access and slide-out tray. It also has an electric leveling
system.

Interior is equipped with solid oak cabinets and woodwork
throughout. A queen/double pedestal bed with under drawer, 3 hanging closets, lots
of drawers and overhead storage, cabinet with sink and overhead medicine cabinet
and mirror, laundry/linen closet, separate water closet with sink and under cabinet.
The kitchen area features a stand-alone island with under-storage, stainless steel
double sink with cover, lots of above counter cabinets, and a pantry/coat closet
with three deep sliding drawers.
All counters have Corian countertops, as does the dining table. It also comes with a
Set of fiberglass steps and fifth-wheel tripod.

It will be sold partially furnished with a Flexsteel sofa/futon, brand new Lazy Boy
real leather recliner, dining table and four chairs, (2) white wood 2-door cabinets
with shelving, and a drawer, full-size mattress, large television with modem/router
in living room. All windows have insulated foil inserts. Rugs, sofa cover, storage
ottoman, wood end table & lamp.

Kitchen items such as Corelle dishes, baking/cooking/serving dishes, silverware,
pots/pans/lids, knives & wood block could be included if wanted.

We have a clean Title in-hand, along with a Bill of Sale.
