The 2016 NEWMAR VENTANA 4369 is a luxurious Class A motorhome that offers both style and functionality. With a mileage of 55,000, this RV has been well-traveled and well maintained, with all of the service records available. Most of the services were done at Freightliner service facility in Gaffney, S.C., where the Custom Freightliner Chassis was built. The NEWMAR brand is known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the VENTANA model is no exception. This Motorcoach was purchased by us from the original owner. It is an all electric coach.

The exterior of the VENTANA 4369 features a sleek design with modern styling, making it stand out on the road. The large windshield provides excellent visibility for the driver, while the spacious living area offers plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. With three slideouts, this motorhome provides ample living space that can comfortably accommodate a small family or group of friends. Outside there is a large awning for shade that is power.

Inside, the VENTANA 4369 is appointed with all solid cherrywood. The kitchen is equipped with a residential refrigerator with ice maker and in door water dispenser. Induction two burner cooktop, a new Whirlpool convection microwave oven ,solid surface countertops, and plenty of storage space for all your cooking needs. The living area features two recliners and a sleeper sofa. There is a 43" TV mounted on a televator. Main TV features Bose surround sound with Subwoofer. There are three roof mounted air conditioners. Two ways to heat your water. One is electronically and the other is by the Oasis System. Two ways for heat. Electronically by the heat pumps on the roof or using the Oasis System.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king size sleep number bed, 2 ample closets, and 5 drawers for your clothes. There is a TV in the bedroom for late-night viewing. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed with dual his and her sinks, a large shower and luxurious fixtures. Also included is a very large closet in the bathroom with room for hanging clothes. There is a hidden safe for your valuables. This motorhome also features a washer and dryer for added convenience. The coach has another TV outside and one more at the front above the driver and passenger seats. The couch in the living area folds out to a queen sized bed.

Driving the VENTANA 4369 is a breeze, thanks to its powerful 400HP Cummins ISL diesel engine, probably the best engine available to RV's. The engine is in the back of the Coach, so there is virtually no engine noise. It's also equipped with Newmar's Comfort Steer, exclusive to the Newmar brand. Comfort steer helps when there are crosswinds. You will not have to fight the wheel to keep it going straight down the road. It is all assisted by computers. The driver will appreciate the comfortable captain's chairs, user-friendly dashboard, and advanced navigation system. Safety features such as airbags, anti-lock brakes, and a backup camera provide peace of mind on the open road. Another great feature is the 3 setting exhaust brake system that is an amazing feature when traversing large mountains out west.

There is loads of storage in the basement of the Ventana 4369. 5 doors of storage, one of which has a sliding pullout. All of the basement doors lock electronically. The entry door even has a doorbell! The fit and finish of this Coach is superb. All of the cabinetry is solid cherrywood and was basically hand crafted by the Amish in Nappanee, Indiana.

Things that we have done to the Coach since we acquired it.
1. Replace all of the tires.
2. Replaced the front passenger window with a Lippert screened window for airflow.
3. Replaced the escape hatch window in the bedroom with an escape window with a screen.
4. Replaced the window on the escape door in the bathroom with one that has a window with a screen.
5. Resealed all of the vents and skylight and air vents on the roof with Dicor.
6. Resealed the entire roof with Henry Tropical Roof Sealant.
7. Recovered and refurbished the two Captains Chairs at Bauers Upholstery in Des Moines Iowa.
8. Replaced all of the pumps for the Oasis Hydronic Heating System.
9. Removed the Banquette seats at the dining table and replaced with very nice folding chairs.
10. Added Dish TV Dome to the roof.
11. Over serviced the Coach only at Freightliner Service Centers. Every service record is available and up to date.
12. Replaced the windshield last year.
13. I have had this coach professionally detailed at least 6 times since we bought it and I have washed it at least 4 times each year.
You will not have to do anything to this Coach except, the two recliners will either need to be recovered or replaced because they were made by Flexsteel and the outer layer is flaking off like all of them did.
