This 33AA has the more powerful 360HP Cummins Diesel. It is an all-electric coach! It has been used by non smokers and has been garage kept when not in use. Comes with an 250D aqua hot recently serviced. Upgrades include safe-T-plus, mcu's, snap pads, roadmaster sway bar and koni shocks. It has a king size sleep number bed. Residential Refrigerator and convection oven/microwave. The tires are in good shape with deep tread and no checking/sun damage. Four smart LG tv's. and lots of storage. The only noticeable thing is the front seats have some peeling that could be covered for appearance sake, but all electric recline and motion works fine. Asking price is lowered for this reason only. Awning in good shape, but I have a new one that I bought when we took a long trip as a spare but never used that will come with the coach.
