This is a 2011 Forest River Lexington GTS 255DS with 34,658 miles. We bought this motorhome in November 2020. NEW MICROWAVE OVEN! NEW LOVESEAT! NEW HOUSE BATTERIES! The tires are three years old with 17,403 miles. The air conditioning was replaced in August 2020 and the mattress was upgraded to a memory foam in June 2020. The chassis battery was replaced in November 2021. The front end was aligned and tires were rotated in May 2023. The toilet ball seal and flush valve were replaced in May 2023. There are no TVs installed but the motorhome is wired for TVs and has a King Jack Low Profile Digital HDTV antenna, a Wineguard Dish Playmaker satellite receiver and a Winemaker three TV Switchbox set up for DVD, satellite, antenna, VCR, and cable. We have maintenance records dated from when we purchased the motorhome. It has a gas Cummins Onan RV QG 4000 generator, 6 ft.³ refrigerator/freezer, three burner gas stove, microwave oven, loveseat on the living room slide, table that sets up in front of the living room slide, slide out pantry, lots of storage, cedar lined closets and drawers in bedroom, ducted AC and heat as well as LED lights. Night lights are standard throughout. The motorhome has three roof vents; a three-speed Maxxair in the dining room/kitchen area, a single speed fan in the bathroom, and a passive vent in the bedroom. Although the bathroom fan is a single speed its speed is FAST! It really draws air. Additionally, all three vents have Maxxair covers. Two privacy curtains are installed. We also have a NSA Ready Brute Elite II tow bar included with the motorhome, should the customer desire to tow a vehicle.
