selling our lovely fifth wheel we are extremely sad to say good bye but we had amazing memories in this rv. We are a family of 6 with four little munchkins. The space for the kids and all the storage for the toys and clothes and own bathroom with a shower was 1 of the many reasons we loved this layout!!! The full size refrigerator and 3 top stove top was great for our family. Farm house kitchen sink and tons of cabinet space. The pantry has tons of space. There is not a kitchen table in the space. The master bathroom has a nice size shower with a lot of storage space for all the items you can think of . The master bedroom is a king size bed with storage under the bed and a lovely closet. The tires have been upgraded to 16 ply rv tires with a spare under the rv. unfortunately the awning is broken but definitely fixable. There is some wear and tears like most used rvs. we also have a heated water hose, sewer hookup hoses,
also willing to discuss adding in the b&w 5th companion hitch.
