Apparently the 1st owner kept it under roof many of the years because the outside is in very good condition although the back slide out could use a nice paint job. The inside is in good+ condition.

The one slide out makes into a 5x7 ft. bed. The trailer NEEDS no work to go camping and use all the appliances since they are in excellent condition. Tires were purchased recently. The furnace is recently installed as a new unit. The LPG/10 Amp fridge/freezer has an auto Switch; 110 current to LPG gas and works well. Keep your food cool or frozen while you pull the trailer. The 30 AMP Air Conditioner cools more than adequately. Oven and cooktop look and operate like new; probably because the microwave is in great condition. The water system, hot water heater, inside shower, outside shower, fresh water tank, gray water tank, black water tank and electric gauges are all in excellent shape.

This 24 foot trailer is 30 foot when set up. There is tons of outside storage and lots of drawers and closets inside. We sleep only two people. We use the four "kid" bunks for storage of towels, clothing, dog food, etc. Don't overlook the foldout shelves (while parked) for working storage of everything from canned goods, cereal to minor tools and flashlights. If you insist on cooking; you can do it on the outside or inside stove.
