Previous owner used twice before upgrading and I used it once because it was purchased to be rented to a family member who ended up not needing it. I had it winterized and havn't used it since. It's ready to finally be put to use! Minor tree scratches. May want to purchase a new matress as the new one was switched out by the previous owner. It's clean just not new. I replaced antena due to a tree branch I didn't see, I have nothing to hide! :) It is super cute inside and has all the best amentities:
