We put a lot of love into getting this ready for adventures and only took it out a few times, then life happened.

Has hail damage on metal exterior but no leaksAwning material could use replacement although it is functional still (quoted $500 for onsite replacement by Loromar RV repair, less if you take it somewhere)Regarding the bunk- I took out the top bunk (still available for reinstallation) to make an office space. Both mattresses are still there. There's also a fold out desk with power if you want.
