Too many recent services and upgrades to list: New slide topper awnings, new flooring in main areas, new tvs, fireplace, kitchen backsplash, front mask, headlights, led marker lights, etc.

Roof in great shape, all tires replaced in 2021 (19 date codes)

In excellent condition, just took it out of town over easter weekend, but don't have the time/use for long trips anymore.

Keep in mind it's 21 years old and will have a few blemishes as with any RV. Known issues: Exterior scrape on right rear (not very noticeable but see pic/zoom in), main awning extends with push of a button but must be manually retracted (easy to do with awning pole), a piece of the new kitchen floor cracked by main slide roller wheel, fuel gage seems to have stopped working on last trip (tank recently full), carpet could use a deep clean or possible replacement), wood stain in rear bedroom below washing machine area).
