All equipment works. Great weekender. We’ve taken it all over Florida in the time we’ve had it. Upgrading and looking for this one to find a new family. Overall very good condition with exception of some minor cosmetics and the below which was addressed. 

We experienced a leak during heavy down pour during November last year while on vacation. This did cause some water damage under one of the rear exterior storage areas.

This was due to roof and window seals which were just replaced  in December by RV Force
