Well isnt this your lucky day? This Basecamp is priced crazy low so I can sell it quick. Feel free to run a price comparison search - this one will likely be the lowest priced one you can find with the majority priced in $31,500 - $34,000 mark. I am getting married to a woman with a few kids so will need to part with it. This Basecamp is holding up great. I spent a good deal of time sprucing it up to get it as new as possible so the buyer can enjoy it as much as I did. I am the original owner. It does have pre-wiring for two roof top solar panels as well as a connector port for a ground based portable solar panel (pre-wiring only). Air Conditioner works great. Has a refrigerator, freezer, sink, wet bath, approx queen sized bed, propane stovetop, microwave, heater, water heater, fan, storage and plenty more.
