RV will come with everything ready to start camping upgraded nectar mattress, has had mattress protector on it the enrire time, weight distributionhitch, hi def tvs, power hook ups, water hoses, pots pans, etc. It has a few minor cosmetic issues, but overall, it is in great shape.
