We bought it used with just 11600 miles from a dealer, almost new and we took care of it. Always parked in an indoor storage. Generator works flawlessly. We have added the rain protection for the slide out and a convenient 4 bikes rack. It accomodates well a family of 4 (+1 or 2 kids in case you utilize the dinette adjustable seating). Included in the price also accessories like VIAIR 450P tyre compressor and a Hughes Power Watchdog surge protector + other cables, adapters, etc What we love of this RV is the size. Big enough for a family of 4+ but still agile in the narrows dirt roads (we had also the chance to sleep at the Grand Canyon Rim where the parking is allowed to max 25 ft rigs.).
