During the last 3 years, this trailer has been stationary and lived in by an elderly female. Her family lives nearby and has cared for it daily. It has been under a metal building and has an attached wooden, ramped porch with an attached carport. It has been well cared for and maintained, including recently having the two AC fan motors replaced and cleaned. It is currently connected to a Kohler generator, which can also be purchased at an agreed-on price. Currently, it does not have living room furniture but does contain a dinette seat. The queen-size bed currently does not have a mattress on it. There is a storage area under the bed that can be accessed from outside.
