This 2018 Grand Design Solitude 375RES has many extras and is in excellent condition. PreCoVid build quality. We are 2nd owners of the RV and getting out of camping due to mobility issues. Non-smokers, very low mileage (10k total), and stored indoors. With each Solitude fifth wheel by Grand Design, you receive affordable luxury and extended weekend get-a-ways. From the solid foundation to the taller ceilings, taller and deeper cabinets, the power reclining theater seating with a heat and massage function, two sofas, hide-away large screen TV, stereo w/speakers, a variable heat fireplace, dual AC (ducted), and the Weather-Tek package which allows you to travel any season you choose.

The kitchen has a double stainless-steel island sink, 4 door residential refrigerator, large pantry, convection microwave, 3 burner gas stove/oven, and dinette with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large bowl sink, cabinet and tall porcelain toilet. The bedroom features a Queen-size memory foam mattress, nightstands, walk-in closet, dresser, wall-mounted TV, and washer/dryer in the closet.

The RV has lots of storage capacity with large indoor cabinets throughout, underbed storage compartment in the bedroom, closet shelving, and a pull-out ottoman. Outdoors, it has a large see-thru front storage compartment, and an enormous back basement storage area beneath the living room with 4 access side doors and a pull-out tray.

In addition to the standard Grand Design features, additional features with our rig include a Splendide washer/dryer unit (vented), a water softener, a new 50” Vizio Smart TV (4/22), a basement refrigerator, a backup camera, a new 12v battery and kill switch, and new Goodyear G-614 tires (14 ply, less than 1k miles!).

This rig has been stored indoors, been well maintained, washed/waxed regularly, and comes with all maintenance records and original owner’s manuals. In full disclosure, everything on this rig is in excellent working condition with the obvious exception (see pics) of the dreaded, peeling RV furniture (bonded leather) which just began recently. This can only be resolved by using slipcovers (as we have begun), re-upholstering, or replacement entirely. This has been reflected within our asking price.

If desired, we can also add our truck for a package deal of $85,000 combined. It's a 2011 Chevy Silverado 3500HD LTZ, diesel, excellent condition, well maintained, 135k mileage with all service records. (see pic)
