2004 Forest River Wildcat 31QBH, with some truly outstanding features for this price range! Refurbished interior, bunkhouse, and king sized bed! Please read below carefully.
This 32 ft fifth wheel offers a bunkhouse floorplan sleeping 2 adults in the front, and four kids in the back comfortably. Two additional sleeping options on the convertible couch in the mid living section. Living also includes dinette seating.
The best feature of this trailer is that the interior has been fully refurbished in 2021 – none of Grandma's brown in brown design that you will typically get in trailers of this age. Instead, you'll get a bright beach house look, with a driftwood design. Upgrades include new floors, new couch, new dinette and table, new stainless steel kitchen double sink, and the bed is new and has been upgraded to a king size (queen is standard in this model).
Technically, the rig is in good condition. It has no leaks and is completely dry on the inside. Aircon, cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave/convection oven, water heater all work. The furnace will sometimes not come on, but we have aleady scheduled a service, so this will be handed over working correctly. We add two electric space heaters as alternatives for free as well. All outside electrics/mechanics also work, including jacks and the slide out motor.
At this price, you won't find a perfect trailer. This one's weak side is that the exterior has seen better days. It is going to require some resealing- you can see some uneven exterior surfaces where the seals are cracked. Additionally, there are some damages, dents and scratches. Some of the corners and edges are showing a lot of wear (see last pictures for examples). If the interior here is an A-, the exterior is a D. Also, be aware that the tank sensors have not been working since we've bought it, and we have never bothered to fix it since we had never been boondocking.
I am not aware the trailer has ever been in an accident. I have a clear title, good safety inspection, and both gas bottles have been licensed last October. There is no lien on the trailer.
