Purchased used Feb 2022. I dont think previous owners traveled a lot,my wife and I have only traveled 2500 miles since we bought it. When not being used it is kept in covered storage. Air conditioners were service late 22 or early 23 by a RV repair service tech along with a roof inspection no problems reported. No damage to the exterior. Tires new Feb 2022. New water pump new Feb 2024 along with skylight in Dec 2023. Leveling system,cargo storage, axles, awning, 2 Grey tanks 1 black and fresh water all OK. Interior-all appliances,water heater all OK. Microwave door sticks a little.2 new lazy boy wall hugging recliners. Scissor sofa bed has not been used. 50 inch TV
