We bought this RV new in 2020. I put new Solid Max tires on it early on, and I replaced the lead acid battery with a new 200 amp LiFePO4 battery last year. It is extended season and has an enclosed underbelly and a 15,000 BTU AC unit, which is larger than the standard 13,500 normally found on these RVs, making it very nice for warmer climates. We are in Texas and it has done well. With a GVWR of only 5400 pounds it is easily half-ton towable. It sleeps 7, with a front couch/queen murphy bed set up, two bunkhouse style regular beds, and the standard convertable table. Other features include Bluetooth stereo system (including outside speakers), a power tongue jack, a wifi ready port with antenna, prewiring for solar, an exterior kitchen, and an exterior shower.
