This is a clean, well kept RV. No damage inside or out and all appliances/Awnings work. It is located at an RV park, so it stays plugged in A/C and heat keeping it cool an dry. I stay in it a couple times a month and keep the water and everything flowing. We dont use it near enough to keep it. Make me an offer
