This 2022 Caravel 22FB is just that. It’s the top of the line single-axle Airstream model with all the extras. 

The Caravel has the best features and interior finishes of the single-axle Airstreams. We bought this one with the solar, convection microwave, and awning packages along with a dealer installed bike rack and the Blue Ox weight distribution hitch. The first upgrade was to add the Progressive Industries power filter/surge protector - wired inline so that we don’t have to fuss with the clunky outdoor protectors. Then we had it lifted 3” to make it more comfortable to ride and less likely to drag on steep drive entrances.

The real game changer was when we upgraded the electrical system. We added two more solar panels along with three 100Ah (300Ah) Battleborn lithium batteries.  But the most important upgrade was having all the wiring run through the Victron MultiPlus 3000W converter/inverter, a Touch 50 GX color display, the Digital Multi Control for easy on/off. This allows the whole trailer to run off the batteries - even the AC (for a little while)!

We also added a couple of wooden touches that really improve livability inside the trailer - Two little tables that fold out from the edges of the dinette. These provide a place for a cup of coffee when you’re snuggling on the dinette in the couch position. And to make better use of the kitchen counter space I routed a cutting board on the bottom to fit the cooking grills. Ah, a perfectly snug fit.
 
I even had a hitch receiver welded into back bumper for attaching a flag/Starlink/WeBoost pole.

The original bedding and pillows are included, unused.
