The dinette has been thoughtfully updated, including "L" shape seating to open up the space, reupholstered bench seating, and a custom dining table. Three large drawers with self-closing hinges have been added to the seating area for tons of storage, perfect for pantry items and extra linens. A folding countertop extension (which matches the dining table) makes a perfect coffee bar! A classy, neutral-colored wallpaper has been added to the kitchen to make this space feel like home.

The rear bunkhouse has been changed to one lower full-size bed (rather than bunk beds) with shelves and hooks for maximum functionality, and the open space allows for terrific AC/heat airflow for your family or friends sleeping here. Note, the original bracing is in place if you prefer to change it back to bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living area with new shelves above for additional space.

The front primary bedroom has a queen bed. The single rods in the wardrobes on either side of the bed have been removed and shelves have been added for increased storage.

The exterior features two separate storage areas (one large pass-thru storage area and another additional storage area), a power awning, and an outdoor shower.
