Description

Bought it brand new off the lot in June of 2021. Don't want to sell but we've been out in it three times and we simply can't get away from work to warrant having it sit in the driveway for nothing.

You could sleep 6-9 people in this thing depending on how big they are. Everything works. Everything. And we have ALL of the original manuals on all of the factory components, and we have the manuals for everything we've added if it came with one.

This unit is essentially a brand new unit (out 3x locally) with a couple thousand dollars worth of upgrades we've added, it just needs the right owner who can use it now. And it's clean as a whistle. All you have to do is pull it out of my driveway, stop at Tom Thumb to grab some groceries and beer for the fridge, then head straight to your nearest State Park. Even both propane tanks (originals) are full!

This thing has NEVER been involved in any accidents and needs NO mechanical work. Original tires. Has undercarriage cover. A/C is the larger of the two available units (15k BTU's I believe it is.) 4 Burner stove, microwave. It's all here and it all works!

List of improvements we've made:

I added a handful of electrical and gas component goodies to bump it up a notch and we tweaked a few areas inside to create a little more space in the bath/lavatory area for you. The wife worked her magic on the window valances and a dozen other touches to customize the inside experience and it's all to your benefit.

1. Reinforced the wooden bracing in both bench seats at the table.

2. Added an interior, system-wide surge protector.

3. Added a curtain track and privacy curtain in front of the bunks and bathroom sink area.

4. Extended existing gas line to be accessible in/from rear garage area.

5. Added a back-up camera w/wireless feed to cabin mounted monitor.

6. Extended kitchen counter top space with fold-up bamboo table. Very solid.

7. Moved shower curtain track out 3-4 inches to create a larger shower space.

8. Upgraded the hand-held shower nozzle substantially.

9. Added numerous "spot" lighting throughout the interior (especially in the bunks and the garages).

10. Added carpet padding to both steps of the folding entry ladder.

11. Re-upholstered window valances in something brighter than a dark brown.

12. Added cargo netting in several strategic spots for item storage.

13. Replaced bathroom mirror with a medicine cabinet with a mirrored door that opens.
