My wife and I are older and have decided on different travel options. I am the original owner of this 'like new' Lance 825 Truck Camper with many extras. It has been very well maintained and lightly used (no smoking or pets). If you are looking for a truck camper that has an acknowledged quality build, 4 season /green certified, and ready to use immediately, this is your camper. It has everything necessary for extended boondocking and enough comfort for a relaxed weekend at a local park. Negotiable w/truck.

This fully loaded camper (a/c, lithium battery, solar) comes with almost all the Lance options offered for 2021 except the side awning (to keep weight as low as possible). The Lance 825 is designed for any standard bed medium/heavy duty truck. Camper weight is only 2,482 with all options, 36g water, and 20lb propane.

Also available is the extremely clean 2013 v8 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT trim 4x4 Crew Cab standard bed truck with low mileage (145k). This gas powered truck has been extremely well maintained and has the camper package included (heavier-duty front springs, rear anti-sway bar,10K GVWR). It has been modified for the additional weight of the camper. These modifications include Torklift Upper and Lower StableLoads (no airbags needed), along with Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks (all), and 20 in. Michelin heavy duty (E10 ply) tires. All these updates were added in 2021 or 2022.

* Quality modifications or replacements include:
1) added a useful sink in the wet bath, 2) a new queen-sized mattress with custom density foam / custom bedding cover, 3) rearview antenna, 4) Renogy 100 ah lithium battery, 5) Go Power! battery monitor w/ Bluetooth), 6) Victron 18 amp DC to DC alternator charger, 7) enlarged outside storage compartment to allow space for a Honda portable generator and all electrical wires/adapters, 8) separate black hose holder, 9) rain cover for Fantastic fan, and 10) Roto-Pax holder on ladder.

ALL components used in the camper come with complete documentation including warranties, maintenance and work orders. These records are kept in a well organized binder.
