We are really going to miss our home away from home but we do not have the time to use her any more. We purchased this beauty a couple years back, fixed the few things that was wrong with her, used her for trips with the Harley's and a couple times for work, but now our work doesn't require the use of our beloved beauty. Our loss is your gain! She doesn't have any leaks anywhere. The one toilet and drain leak she had, we fixed. Her furnance wouldn't come on, we fixed that. She does have an onboard 5500 Onan Cummins generator with a 20 gallon fuel tank. A 30 gallon auxillary fuel tank with fuel pump. She also has auto jacks (6) and autolevel for easy set up! She has 3 TV's and we upgraded the main TV to a 55" Vizio smart TV. 1.5 Baths, The shower/tub is considered a full sized tub for a camper. (That is where the drain leak was at) She has 110 gallon fresh water holding capacity, 2 grey tanks (front one has been replaced) 82 gallons total capacity, 2 black tanks, 40 gallon holding capacity. She has the prewiring capability for a washer/dryer hookup in the main suite closet. The main suite has been downgraded to a queen sized mattress before we took ownership and to us was a good decison. It gives you more room to move around in! Along with the queen bed in the main suite, she also has a sleeper sofa in the main living space, a loft for sleeping or storage, and two full/queen sized bunks in the garage for sleeping. Lots of space for folks to snooze! But if you are like us, we like our toys, so we didn't use the bunks in the garage for sleeping. We put the motorcycles back there, of which 2 Harley's fit nicely! She has 3 ac units (15,000 BTU's total), 3 awnings, 3 axles, 3 slides, and an electric fireplace. The back ramp also has the screen guardrail if you want to use it as a patio after you have unloaded your toys out of the back end. She also has patio sliding doors for the back ramp to keep the pests out! We have kept her in covered storage when not in use and crank her generator often as to not let the carberator gunk up. The generator has roughly 620 hours on it and cranks with the first try. We do have a lienholder on this unit so any monies will have to go through my bank.
