New Awning - Added Air Conditioner in Master Bedroom - New Air Conditioner Motor - Less than 10k miles on tires - Hitch and sway bar included - Keyless/wireless door lock included - New power pack - Smoke Free/Pet Free - Lived in this when working out of town.
