I bought this trailer in July 2021. I lived in it until recently and just don't need it anymore. It's been a great home. It's only been on the road less than 100 miles, so the slide outs work great, no leaks, everything works well. No issues, honestly. I had a porch custom made and is really great if you plan to live in the trailer. I will sell the porch separately if interested. The original trailer steps have been put back on the trailer.
