I purchased this RV from my neighbor in Bandera, TX in June 2022 and only move it once to take and park in Dallas for work. From June 2022 to Feb 2024, I stayed overnight in my rv an average of 3-5 nights a month. I just got reassigned back to San Antonio and brought it home on Feb 4th. It's a beautiful, super clean, luxury RV that I barely used over the 2 years I've owned it. My neighbor bought it brand new from camper world in 2017 for $65,000 and barely used it, too. I am the only other owner. I have all of the original paperwork and manuals. JDPower suggested list price is $55,400; average retail over $30,000.
