In excellent condition, all seats have been covered and have no worn areas, non-smoking, no pets, BlueOx trailer hitch, battery gauge, and brake gauge added, accessories included. It has all the amenities you might want for that great living experience. 2 slide outs with an awning cover, an extra awning, a queen-sized bed, a drop-down full-sized bed above the driver's seats, a dinette, and a sofa that converts to beds. Stove, range, refrigerator, portable ice machine, and microwave.
3 TVs are included in the main cabin, master bedroom, and outside under the awning for outdoor entertainment.

Fluids, belts, and filters have been checked and replaced. Will have it detailed and filled with gas for new owners. Currently winterized, and waiting on the last possible freeze until springtime refreshment!
